About Me
After working with individuals and families impacted by substance abuse early on in my studies, I developed a passion for working with trauma. This passion led me to further training and a career as a Therapist.
Since completing my Masters in Counselling I have worked at specializing my skills and knowledge of therapeutic interventions designed to support those who have experienced or are at risk of trauma. This has had a strong focus on attachment and complex childhood trauma.
I am particularly passionate about working with children and young people, utilising a number creative therapies and interventions such as play, art and sand tray. However also offer support for adults.

I am registered at the Clinical level with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and completed my Masters of Counselling through University of Queensland.
I am also an animal lover and a strong believer of the power animals can have in the trauma healing journey, and work along side my Golden Retriever, Pirate. Pirate joins me in session to provide Animal Assisted Therapy.

I am also a PACFA Accredited Supervisor and am pleased to offer Clinical Supervision face to face and on Zoom. I feel passionate and excited about supporting therapists to enhance their existing skill sets and nourish themselves on their professional journeys.
